$15.99The Story
LOCTITE® 638 glue is a universal fastener with an activator content for fast curing and high strength.
LOCTITE® 638 adhesive is designed for bonding stainless steel components, elbows, stainless steel handrail connectors as well as flush cylindrical parts, especially with narrow joint gaps approaching 0.25 mm.
This product cures in the absence of air between bonded metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leaks caused by shock loads and vibrations. They work on active metals, but also on passive materials, where they exhibit robust hardening.
The product offers resistance to high temperatures, good compatibility with oil and tolerates minor surface impurities.
Ideal for shafts, gears, pulleys and similar cylindrical parts
Suitable for all metals, including passive materials (e.g. stainless steel)
High temperature resistance
Tolerates fine pollution, including industrial oils
DVGW approval (EN 751-1): NG-5146AR0619
Technical information.
Application - For sliding assemblies, For closely fitting cylindrical parts, Fastening
Color - Green
